Eye & Ear accepts over 40 insurance plans, including Vision Care Plan (VCP), Vision Service Plan (VSP), EyeMed Vision, United Healthcare Vision, and Medicare/Medicaid, providing clients and their patients with a superior level of service. In order to fully utilize your vision benefit we ask you to please bring your insurance cards and photo ID at the time of you appointment. Payment of co-payments are due at time of service.
